What does the extension fill on the Missouri temp tag site?

On the Missouri dealer temp tag permit page it fills the owner’s name, address and phone, the vehicle kind, make, year and VIN, the purchase date, your dealer number and proof of ownership.

Pick the deal in the extension, preview the fields, then fill the page. Deal search has “Needs temp tag” and “Needs lien” filters, so the clerk works a list instead of a stack of jackets.

Does it handle Missouri lien filing too?

Yes: on the Missouri Notice of Lien website it fills the owner, vehicle, VIN, purchase and lien dates, the lienholder and its address, and the loan number.

When the filing is done, the extension can save the state’s result page back to the deal folder and check off the matching checklist item.

Does the extension submit anything on its own?

No. The extension only fills fields; a person reviews the page and presses the state website’s own submit button.

It never fills a driver license number, date of birth or net price. It signs in with your Dealership Workflow account, and it only works for stores that have it turned on.

Does it work outside Missouri?

Missouri’s temp tag and lien websites are mapped today, and other states’ dealer websites can be mapped the same way.

The extension can also start a Dealership Workflow deal from a customer open in a supported CRM screen, with a duplicate-VIN check, so the deal record that feeds the state forms starts clean.

The extension supports your title and registration work; your store is still responsible for what is filed with the state. We’re not lawyers, so check filing rules and deadlines with the Missouri Department of Revenue or your own advisors.
